hey guys  
i'm going to have my family over for my uncooked food birthday party, and i'd like everyone to enjoy it, so i'm looking for some suggestions about what i should make.
i'm thinking raw pizza..salads, hummus, gauc, salsa w/ crackers & cut veggies, "trail mix", apple fries and other dried fruit chips, and lots of "sweets".
anyone have any ideas, suggestions, recipes?!!

i'd like to make an array of things, a variety, for everyone to have a beautiful buffet of uncooked foods to choose from, the only problem is i'm still in school, and i dont know if i can arrange my preparations in such a way that i can make a lot and all that i would like to in enough time.
anyone have any suggestions as to this?

I am not the person to answer this lol, I'm just starting, but I would imagine you could have a fruit bowl - full of fruit that is easy to grab and go... and then add on finger foods... like sprouts wrapped in nori perhaps? I'm not good at making tasty combinations yet. But I know you can make a raw chocolate cake, and your ideas were pretty good as far as party foods.
