Hey, i'm a newbie  
hello, well as you can see i'm new here, i just started to eat raw, but i also have soy producuts to (vanilla soy milk/luna bars) is that really okay?
is there anything else i can eat to jazz up my food a bit?

I'm still a newbie too. And for us newbies I think it's important to transition into raw & not go 100% right away as it can be a shock to your system. Myself, I'd rather detox slowly & naturally without too many side effects. :-) So I think it's ok to keep soy in for as long as you feel is right. Victoria Boutenko mentions in her book that the body knows what it needs to heal itself. So if you're craving blueberries for a while, then go for it. As for jazzing up your food, you can try adding nuts, seeds, sprouts, & things like dulse, kelp, or even some fruits & veggies that you normally wouldn't eat.

thanks so much for the advice, i was wondering about soy, i was kind of following the skinnybitch diet witht the soy. :D
hope all goes well with the new lifestyle eating habits!!
